School Enrichment

Regular educational visits and visitors to school are arranged to offer children hands on experiences which will enhance their learning.

The school is unable to make a specific charge for visits that take place mainly during the school day and therefore parents are asked for 'voluntary contributions' towards the cost of such visits.  Although there is no obligation to contribute, a visit cannot realistically go ahead if total contributions fall short of the total cost of the visit.  Parents in receipt of particular social security benefits may have part of the cost of residential visits to L.A Centres remitted.  Payment for school visits should be made by cheque to ‘Cheshire East B. C’.

The school has an agreed policy for Educational visits which takes full regard of L.E.A. guidelines.

School visits are subject to Risk Assessment and we reserve the right to exclude any pupil from a visit where safety may be compromised by poor behaviour.

Congratulations to the boys cricket team who represented Crewe and Nantwich in the county finals today. We are so proud of them all!

We took three teams to the County Final - orienteering, tri golf and quad kids. Every single athlete worked their socks off, we are so proud of them all! The quad kids and tri golf teams both came second in the overall competition. Fantastic role models and ambassadors for the school!
