Visyon is a mental health charity that supports local children and young people when they need it most.

Visyon offers a variety of services to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. Services include: creative and therapeutic groups, one-to-one therapy, advocacy support, support in schools, mentoring, family support and parent empower hour.

MindEd for Families has online advice and information from trusted sources and will help you to understand and identify early issues and best support your child.

The site is a free resource for parents and carers concerned about the mental health of their child. It contains online guidance and information you can trust.

As a fully commissioned service from Cheshire East County Council, Kooth.com is a free, safe, confidential and non-stigmatised way for young people to receive counselling, advice and support on-line.

Everyone is welcome to join the call, whether you have a toddler or teenager and it is your opportunity to join other parents, to share your frustrations, ask for advice, share hints and tips or just listen to the experience of other parents to know you are not alone.
