L.O - I can write a kenning poem about a prehistoric creature.

Today is the day that you finally write your kenning poem. Recap over the rules on Tuesday's lesson and then write a first draft of your poem. Remember to use Wednesday's plan to help you and try to give enough clues that the reader will be able to guess your creature. Once you have written your first draft, read over it and improve it. Once you are happy with your poem, start a new page and fold it vertically down the centre so that you have a flap in your book. Neatly write your poem on the top part of the fold and then draw and label your creature underneath. See if members of your family can guess the creature before they turn over the flap. Once you have completed your task, send a photograph of your poem and the picture via Microsoft Teams.
