Tuesday

Today in English, we are going to0 be looking at the pictures we have of you and your favourite toys. Children at home have an advantage because you will have your chosen toy with you! Can you tell a grown up about your toy....

  • What does your toy look/feel/smell like?
  • Does it have any special features? Can you tell me more?
  • Why did you choose this toy?
  • What makes this toy interesting?

Can you make a list of adjectives (describing words for those who may have forgotten) to describe your toy? For example, soft, hard, new, fluffy....

Can you write a caption about your toy? Make sure you start your sentence with a capital letter and full stop. You can draw a picture of your toy too if you would like.

Upload your finished work onto Tapestry and I will print it off for a display board in the classroom.
