Lynne joined Cheshire College South and West in 2015 after retraining as a lecturer, following a highly accomplished career in financial services. During her time as a lecturer, Lynne taught various courses ranging from BTEC Business to A Level Accounting, before assuming a leadership position.
Lynne successfully transitioned into the role of Assistant Director for Health, Access, Care, Entry Level, and Teacher Training. She played a vital role as a member of the college-wide team responsible for implementing T Levels, demonstrating exemplary commitment. Additionally, Lynne spearheaded the introduction of a highly effective supported internship program.
Now, Lynne is leveraging her knowledge and experience as the Director of Higher Technical Education. Her objective is to cultivate an inclusive environment where higher education students, regardless of their backgrounds, can thrive while maximising employment opportunities.
